The Beaux Arts & Cie Group pays particular attention to the protection of personal data.
This is an essential condition of the relationship of trust that Le Groupe Beaux Arts & Cie wishes to establish with all those who entrust it with their personal data.
This Personal Data Protection Policy (Hereinafter the “Policy”) sets out the practices and conditions under which the company MUSEUMEXPERTS (Hereinafter the “Company”) processes your Personal Data.

1. What data is collected?
Depending on how you interact with the Company and the purpose of this interaction, the Company may collect the following Data:
- Data relating to your identity: this Data includes in particular your surname, first name, email address, postal address, telephone number and your profile (candidate, visitor, exhibitor, etc.).
- Data relating to your order: this Data refers to all the information necessary for the satisfaction and completeness of your order, in particular information relating to the bank card used (name of the cardholder, card number, expiry date, etc.), the details of the order, the date of the order, and exchanges with the commercial relations department. In any event, the Payment Data is processed in accordance with the regulations and security standards applicable in this area.
- Data relating to the connection and use of the Customer Account when you are the holder: this Data designates all the information you need to access your personal space as well as those relating to the use of the Customer Account and in particular, your username and password, your choices and preferences, the history of the events in which you have participated. In any event, the Customer Account is subject to specific general conditions of use.
- Browsing Data: This Data refers to how the User navigates the Site. This Data may include the IP address, screen resolution, browser used, browsing time, search history, operating system used, language and pages viewed.
- Data relating to your participation in events: date of participation, stands visited, purchases made.
- Social Media Usage Data: When you interact with social media features.
2. How is your data collected?
2.1. Depending on how you interact with the Company, the latter may collect your Data in the manner described as follows.
2.2. The company collects your Data directly from you when you fill out a contact or registration form, place an order or contact the Company (for example by sending it an email).
2.3. The Company indirectly collects your Data when you browse the Sites by means of cookies and tags under the conditions defined above. The Company also collects your Data via third parties including social networks when you use the account you hold with these third parties to log in or register for an event.

3. Why is your data collected?
Your Data is subject to automated processing implemented by the Company for the various purposes described below, both in the context of your use of the Sites and your participation in events organized by the Company or whose organization has been entrusted to it.
Your Data is processed to manage the requests you make and contact you.
- If you are a customer, on the basis of the execution of the contract concluded with the Company (general conditions of pre-registration, general conditions of sale Ticketing or general conditions of participation), your Data is processed to manage your participation requests and orders and organize your participation and visits to the events that we organize or whose organization has been entrusted to us.
With a view to continuously improving the events it organizes, your Data is also processed by the Company to send you post-event surveys and analyze their results.
- If you are a professional customer or prospect or if you have already participated in the event to which the news and commercial information relates, on the basis of its legitimate interest in promoting the events it organizes, the Company sends you, through all channels, its news and commercial information.
- If you are a non-professional prospect and have not participated in one of our events, the Company may send you, through all channels, its news and commercial information if you have consented to this.
Based on your consent, the Company may also send you, through all channels, news and commercial information concerning events organized by other entities of the Beaux Arts & Cie Group / or partner services.
With your consent when required, your Data may also be processed to (i) analyze your preferences and habits, (ii) personalize and optimize your experience on the Beaux Arts & Cie Group Sites by allowing you to access certain features and to develop the interactivity of the Sites, (iii) produce statistics, in particular on the effectiveness of the Beaux Arts & Cie Group's prospecting campaigns.
4. Who is your data intended for?
4.1. Your Data is processed by the Company's internal teams. Under the conditions defined by the regulations, you also have the right to define general or specific guidelines relating to the fate of your Data after your death. 7. How long do we keep your data?
7.1. The Company retains your Data for a period that does not exceed the period necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy. Beyond this period, your Data may be archived to comply with the legal obligations to which the Company is subject or deleted.
7.2. Data used to establish proof of a right or contract, or retained for the purpose of complying with a legal obligation by the Company, are archived in accordance with the provisions in force.
7.3. The Company takes into account the seasonality of the events it organizes. As such, you will find below the retention periods defined according to the type of event considered.
Quarterly, semi-annual, or annual events = 5 years from the post-event survey or last customer-initiated contact.
Biennial and triennial events = 3 sessions from the post-event survey or last contact initiated by the client.
8. Data transfer
For the hosting and processing of your Data, the Company favors means located on the territory of the European Union. If a transfer of Data to a country outside the European Union should nevertheless be considered, specific information will be provided to you by the Company.
